What does the club platform include?
A branded edition of the app for iPhone and Android with twenty modules — including tee times, GPS, QR check-in, a club wallet, dining and banquet reservations, events, tournaments and cups, lessons, an AI coach, member perks and a store — plus a web-based club office for members, staff and analytics.
How does member and guest check-in work?
A tablet running the club tablet mode sits at your entrance, front desk or pro shop. Members scan the QR code in their own app, guests check in through the invitation their host sent, and each arrival is greeted by name — no sign-in book or queue.
Can the app carry our club’s branding?
Yes. Every club is set in its own colours with its crest, and members receive a club-branded invitation and welcome.
How long does it take to launch?
Most clubs are live within thirty days: a consultation, configuration of branding, courses, membership types and staff access, an import of your member roster, then launch to members.
Which tournament formats are supported?
Stroke play, match play, Stableford and modified Stableford, with entries, tee times and groups, live leaderboards by round and Ryder Cup style team events.
How is the platform priced?
An annual club licence: Core $3,600, Standard $6,000 and Premier from $12,000 a year. Members join with their own Avid Golfer membership. Management companies and multi-club groups can ask about portfolio terms.
